xcode username and password for "developer tools"??

Attempting to access xtools playground. Here's the complete message. I have no idea what is wanted. My apple ID won't work, what's wanted? My computer user name and password won't work. Neither will my mac admin user/password. What is the Developer Tools group, and how do I get a username and password for that?
