two weeks time we cannot download from apple store can you PLEASE explain what is going on?? 😕
Where are you located? There were reports that Century Link was having trouble with Apple's servers in Colorado last week for example. You might try searching for problems with Apple in your area.
its a problem around the Europe, just have a look in google many peoples have same problems its extremely slow to update or download

I can't explain it or verify it. Here is Apple's report on their server status in Spain. All green meaning they don't know of any issues. It could be related to your particular ISP. https://www.apple.com/es/support/systemstatus/ There is a contact link at the bottom right to report your issue. Some have reported Success in the past by logging out of, waiting a minute, and then back into the iTunes Store.
I can confirm this as of yesterday and today. Xcode download says it will take between 8 hours and 2 days. I have been installing it since yesterday. Other Apple Store downloads have the same "speed".
However, installing the OS X from the internet took only 15-20 minutes.
It's not just the store. I could not get the Apple guidance documents for App store questions either and have reported it to the hosts.
