I can't use iTunes in my computer

Question

I can't use iTunes in my computer

I have itunes in my computer but when I need enter in my itunes store, it give me this message "We could not complete your itunes store request. An unknown error occured (-50)"

I use vista system in my computer

sony-OTHER, Windows Vista

Hi Suhaila Dabibbi,

I understand you can't get to the iTunes Store as you get an An unknown error occured (-50).

That type of error is mentioned in iTunes: Possible iTunes Store errors - Apple Support which links to the following article:
