iCloud back up is displaying incomplete
Just got an iPhone 6 and am loving it, except my iCloud back-up is displaying "incomplete" and has been for three days. All systems are green and verified. There are no buttons for "resume" or "try again" or "this is why it is incomplete". I was on virtual-hold for over an hour waiting for online help and I ran out of patience and actually got pretty ******. All online searches have failed to help. Any suggestions?
