I play 8ball pool how do I set it up to buy coins to play it. I tells me I I cannot buy them because I do not have in apps purchases
I play 8 ball pool app on my iPad and when I try to buy buy some coins to play it tells me I am not allowed to make purchase. How do I set it up so I can make purchases
