how do you turn on autofill for text messaging

how do you turn on autofill for text messaging? I used to have it on my iPhone 5s but cannot find it on my iPhone 6.

iPhone 6, OS X Yosemite (10.10.5)

RCM,

Settings>General>Keyboards>"Predictive" On.

If you mean predictive text, follow Ferd II's instructions. Or do you mean text shortcuts? If you mean shortcuts, set them up at Settings>General>Keyboards>Shortcuts.
