XboxOne multiplayer test says it can't find a Teledo IP address?

XboxOne multiplayer has been working flawlessly and now it doesn't. I states that it cannot get a Teredo IP address and that I should make sure the UDP port 3544 isn't blocked on my router. Currently, I have an AT&T Motorola router that is a passthrough to the Time Capsule. Any ideas since I haven't changed this setup in a very long time when all things were working properly?

Always very hard to understand why things fall over when they were working fine..

Sadly it is a level of unreliable operation we are coming to expect from more complex arrangements happening.. IPv6 which is part of the Teledo tunnel is forced upon us by expiration of the IPv4 .. and ISP and equipment manufacturers delaying the inevitable.

Reset the TC to factory and start over.

Use all short names, no spaces and pure alphanumerics.. NOT APPLE RECOMMENDED NAMES.

Use passwords that also comply but 8-18 characters.. mixed case and numbers.

UDP port has likely been allocated to something else.. unfortunately the nature of NAT routers is that once allocated a port cannot be changed to another destination.. and an even bigger one is that Xbox really requires upnp to work.. Apple routers offer betamax version.. NAT-PMP.. Apple refuse to use both systems. So issues with games consoles are stock standard Apple router issues.. and always will be.

The problem is also due to you moving the routing to the apple router which would work fine in bridge. If your Motorola router is put back to routing mode.. you will find the problem goes away.
