Some calls I receive I have the option to decline, but other calls I receive, I don't have the option to decline. Why is this so?

The calls I receive that don't have the option to decline, I just press the lock button but i'd prefer to to have the decline button for all calls. And it's not just certain phone types I can't decline on it's just random calls I can't decline. How can I fix this? Thank you in advance.

Its not just for you problem for all iPhone user. Normally when your iPhone locked you not have option to accept or reject call just slide to answer the call. Its just because suppose you locked your phone and put in your pocket if both option will be show like accept or decline in button format may be accidentally accept button press and you not aware with this thing

In other case if your Phone is unlocked it means you are using it and having option to call accept or decline.
