the colors which are printing conflict with actual input shown on the monitor.

What is required is use a colour management system for the complete reprographic workflow.

First go to the X-Rite website and familiarise yourself with the subject of Colour Management in the Pressroom: X-Rite - Prepress and Print

Next, You must contact a local professional printing equipment reseller immediatelyto guide you through this, its not for the beginner, its not a quick fix and it is not cheap to implement.

The equipment and software required will depend on many factors, but you must know what part of the printing workflow you will be controlling:

  1. design for print
  2. prepress
  3. press process control

Regardless of computer platform, for truly accurate color you really need a

monitor calibration tool similar to these:

http://spyder.datacolor.com/display-calibration/

which can generate color profiles to use for the monitor and for "color translation".

You should also have your printing system profiled. There are also similar tools for that

or have it done by a firm that deals with creating profiles.

Then the next big issue is just getting the Adobe products set up to translate the

display image to the printed image, which can be an adventure itself.

Also, the environment affects how all of the above are perceived by the eye. You

will definitely need a fixed, unvarying environment to work and evaluate results.

I normally respect the comments from Woodmeister, but on this occasion the suggestion made is misguided.

Spyder products are used to make profiles for digital amateur photography, they are of no use in the Print, Prepress or reprographics industry.

Spyder products are good value for for money, and we use a number of there products, but they do not make tools for the Printing, Prepress or reprographics.
