MainStage 3 patches not saving correctly

I just started using MainStage 3 and I'm having issues saving my patches. It seems that whenever I edit an instrument and save that patch, it doesn't load all of my edited settings back in when I load that patch into a new concert. For instance, if I click on the "Steinway Grand Piano" and change the reverb and EQ settings, when I save that patch and reload it into a new concert, the reverb and EQ settings do not come over with it. Similarly, I downloaded a pre-made patch from a website and it loads just fine, but when I save it as a patch and load into a different concert none of the correct channel strip settings come over with it. Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?
