Centimeter Accurate GPS for iPhone?

Are there any good solutions out there to improve the accuracy of the GPS location on iPhones (I have a 6+)? I was looking at the Bad Elf plug in (http://bad-elf.com/products/be-gps-1008) and the Dual Electronics (http://gps.dualav.com/explore-by-product/xgps150a/). They both have some really cool features including slightly better accuracy then the iPhone has here in the US (2-3 meters versus 9-10 meters).

I have seen articles where people replace their antennas but I am hoping for a solution that can give centimeter accuracy that will not void my Apple Care.

Thanks Much!

This is not true about centimeter accuracy GNSS being military only. There are many legal reasons for this, surveying, farming, etc. that have had this ability for many years. I am putting in a fence over some pretty rough terrain and would like it to be in the right place. I can rent one for $100 a day but thought I would rather have one I can use with my phone for this and other uses.
