I spoke to Apple support yesterday who advised that the photo book feature in iphoto is undergoing maintenance and was not able to advise when this would be available again. Has anyone had similar issues and if so did you find any workaround?
There have been several similar reports.
It still seems possible to print from iPhoto 9.6.1 on Yosemite. Would it be feasable for you to update?

I've not used it so can't comment on it one way or the other.
