Digital watch face with seconds displayed?

Would have been Nice if they make more watch faces With Seconds, one With more standard look, no Activity displays. Big help for those who need Seconds views specially for Healthcare workers

There's nothing in the published info for WatchOS 2 that indicates a digital face with seconds showing. It'll be released on Wednesday (16 September) so you'll be able to find out more then.

The "Atomic Clock" app by Awyse has terrible reviews and like the reviews stated it doesn't work on my iPhone but the Apple Phone app part does work and I can display the digital time with digital seconds on my Apple Phone. By the way, if you want an "Atomic Clock" for your iPhone, I found the best one was "Atomic Clock" by Compulab and I believe it was free (once you download it the "Get" or the price turns to "Open").

I'm not sure if you still care about this, but the new Apple Watch Series 2 does have a face with a digital clock that shows seconds. It's called the "Activity Digital" watch face.

You can see an image of it on the link below. It works great! It's probably my favorite face.

I think this is related to watchOS3 instead of the specific Apple Watch model, too. So even older watches probably have it now.
