I just bought " It's Raining Gems " pack from Growtopia but I did not receive my gems.
I bought a S$50 iTunes card this morning at 7-Eleven. I redeemed it once I got home. I purchased the " It's Rainin' Gems " pack in Growtopia, from the Growtopia Store. I purchased it 4 times, forgetting that there was a 3-time limit for spending money in the Tapjoy Store. I got the gems from the first 3 times, but I didn't get it from the 4th time, even though a message popped up after I purchased this pack for the fourth time, " Thank you, your purchase was successful. " Also, when I checked how much credit I had left from the iTunes card, it showed that I used it all! Also, can someone tell me how to find the invoice for this as I could not find it in my email. I have the receipt here.
I hope I can either be refunded or the gems be given to my Growtopia Account. Refunding would be safer, I guess. Thank you for reading.
