My clips are for watching in computers.
1) Are 29.97p HD and 30p HD the same?
2) If I shoot with 29.97p HD, latter if required, is it possible to convert to 30p or 60i HD in FCP X ?

1. There is a 0.3fps difference between them, and that is not important.
2. There is no need to convert 29.97 to 30, usually the 30fps are actually 29.97

2) Being in PAL area, but for computer viewing purpose, can I shoot with the NTSC mode? Or is that, its not a good idea to do that.

You can shoot any mode you want, but shooting in the mode prevalent where you are makes more sense.
30fps and 60fps are used almost exclusively in animation. There are no cameras, or none that I know of that shoot, 30fps. Most manufacturers when the day their format is 1080p30, the really mean the canes a shoots 29.97, and when the day 720p60, they really mean 59.94fps.

I never do animation work. I am using Sony XDCAM, PMW EX3. When I import in FCP X, should I choose 29.97 or 30 fps? What little problem (0.03 fps) that I may face if I choose the wrong one?
YYou don't get to choose the frame rate when you import. The frame rate is what it is. The project should match your frame rate. If the application. Has to recalculate the frame rate difference to the non-standard 30fps the image will have to be recompressed and new frames calculated. That's going to degrade the image.
Is that all the 30p HD are truly 29.97p HD?
