Just wondering if anyone else has noticed this having disappeared from the "functions" menu? I use this function daily, and would love anyone's help! Even the Logic help manual online doesn't acknowledge its disappearance, saying the lock and unlock options live in the functions menu.

As it is still present in 10.2 here..
I have to assume you have not turned on ALL the Advanced tools in LPX's preferences > Advanced Tools tab.... or you somehow reset your preferences...and lost that setting.
Awesome, thank you, love it when solutions are so simple. I work on multiple machines so I think I simply hadn't ever enabled the advanced prefs on this one. 10.2 has actually been great so far, so apologies to the community for the false alarm.

The whole 'Garageband Pro' or 'Logic Pro X Full' mode selection (aka.. Advanced Tools) is so easy to miss.... that it's no surprise that so many people have come across the same issue as it affects so many different elements of LPX's interface and capabilities...
I personally wish that Logic had never taken the "Lets dumb everything down' route as the default... instead of making it an option and having the full feature set for LPX as the default instead.
I guess they had their reasons as to that choice..... but frankly I don't really 'get it'!
