Your screenshots include a mixture of different things from Safari, Chrome and Firefox, so I'm unclear on exactly what the current status is.

Can you identify exactly which browsers are still directing you to search.leperdvil.com when they start up? I'm going to guess that Firefox is not doing this, from looking at your screenshots, but that Chrome is. Is this correct? If so, you need to examine Chrome's settings (which I don't see a screenshot of).

In Chrome, choose Preferences from the Chrome menu. Look at the "On startup" section of the settings... what do you see? If it's set to "Open a specific page or set of pages," click the "Set pages" link next to that. Do you see search.leperdvil.com there? If so, remove it.

Also check the Search section. Is it set to Google, or to something else? If it's set to something you don't recognize, change the setting, then click the "Manage search engines" button. Remove any unfamiliar (or obviously Leperdvil-related) search engines from the list.
