Anyone else seeing this? I saw this during the beta but in the last beta it would actually load eventually. But now it doesn't do anything. Just sits on the white screen. It works perfectly fine on my iPad Mini 3, though.

Same problem here, I can not open game center, I got a blank screen. In settings menu I can not access to game center settings either, it freezes.
It worked fine on IOS 8.4.1.
Who have a developer account or place in developer account and can try IOS 9.1 BETA3 ?

No need to have a developer account just go to beta.apple.com, it's a public release!
So I tried this....still no Game center. At this point, I believe we are at the mercy of Apple. Granted, I currently have a 4s iphone. But I was planning on getting the iphone 6s at the end of this month. I'm not sure if I;m going to stick with Apple. Truly, an emotional reaction, but bottom line, I want a phone that works.

Thanks. This also fixed it for me on my iPad 2. Although recovering my Game Center nickname was screwy. When using my Apple ID it would prompt to create a nickname and wouldn't let me use my current one. Used my nickname as login recovered my games.

SO frustrated. Work device. Told not to download beta. Game center busted can't log in at all. Also cant use iMessage / message app AT ALL. Makes me want to buy an android all these glitches. Just had enough of a poorly tested piece of key Code. poor form Apple.

Does it also fix my games not connecting to Facebook?
@Cindyathome a work device is not a game device. Have patience iOS 9.1 come soon with the fix of game center. You must have more patience with a Android device.
Here's how I resolved the game center issue:
I returned my iPad Mini WiFi to iOS 8.4.1 hoping that I might be able to play my games again. Game Center in iOS 8.4.1 works fine but some of the installed apps in the iPad was not recognized so I update again to iOS 9.0.1 but i logged out of game center first before i update the OS. After the update all the apps are recognized and i can play all my games again. I never log in the Game Center again until now. You may try it and i hope it works for you too.
Now i have a question..... Since i logged out of game center and playing my games how will logging back in the Game Center (once Apple officially fixed it) affect my games progress? Will my games progress revert back or will just continue?
