I have been using the "open in..." feature in Safari to open up PowerPoint presentations in Notability for my school classes. Now that I've updated to iOS 9 I can't find any way to open up the PowerPoint presentations in Notability, or even in Keynote for that matter. Any ideas as to how I can open the presentations in another app from Safari?

Download function is still there in iCab, and from that point it can moved to open in many other apps.
I Don't have Icab. I used to be able to do it right from safari and want it back

I use Puffin for my classes. You can download a file, press "Device" for download options, and in the downloads section of the settings, Peres "Open In
Thanks for the help, I was able to get everything to work with the free puffin download. Definitely not the solution I was hoping for but it gets the job done
I've been looking in other forums and they've found another app called "Documents 5" by Readdle that can do the same option, just by downloading the file via its integrated web browser.
Hope Apple solves this problem asap... 😢
Using the Mercury browser I was able to press and hold on the link and select 'Download Link'. You will then see a green notification on the menu button in the top right corner. Proceed to 'Files' and you can then press and hold on the thumbnail of the file and select the 'Open in' option, selecting Notability from there. Hope this helps.
That feature was crucial for me too... Because other ways aren't allowing me to open it in Notability. I'll download the Puffin thing, but it's really inconvenient . I hope Apple fixes this .

Guys... Apple has just solved this issue!
They have already seeded iOS 9.0.2 that solves the problem, so you can open any document in Safari and afterwards, open in Pages, Word... whatever!
