iCloud Backup Broken After iOS 9 Upgrade

Just noticed 9.2.1 was released today. Does anyone know if it's fixed the problem with the icloud backup? There's no mention of it on the web and I wanted to know if anyone has first hand experience on whether it's fixed the problem or not.

Ive got this issue and the update did not sort the problem out.

iCloud backup broke on all devices. Nothing worked , I also contacted telephone support and they now the problem .

Now I am a little altered.

because the problem occurs only with some people. They say they are working on data center. I got bored.

Creating a new account, the system is working again.
I wonder about their incompetence. May be unable to find a solution?

Yes but did you try to delete the backup you've created on this new account to see if you can enable again the iCloud backup ?

Got this problem too with my primary ID.

The secondary ID creates backup perfectly, trying on the same phone!

Ok but have you tried to delete your knew backup and create a new one ?

all previous data was deleted from mac.

also tried reset the phone.

This is annoyin, tthe thing is I didn't have this problem until 3 days ago. Why????
