Sep 19, 2015 2:11 PM in response to Jay.Guadagniby tdh824,Looks like the ios9 update needs a major update. All of my GoPro videos are now just a waste of storage space. Apple, please address this issue.

Sep 22, 2015 12:27 PM in response to Jay.Guadagniby Smeglee,Had same issue. Check your camera if it's set to record in 1080 at 60 frames per sec then it won't work. I dropped mine down to 30 frames per sec and it seems to be working

Sep 22, 2015 1:56 PM in response to Smegleeby tdh824,unfortunately that will not work for most GoPro enthusiasts. If I could play my 60fps 1080p videos on an older iOS, there shouldnt be an issue trying to play them now. I use my iPad to store and review videos when I am out in the field. I require 60fps due to the action shots that need slowed down during my edits. I really hope Apple addresses this issue. I will go buy a different tablet if that is the case. Does apple support monitor these threads?

Sep 22, 2015 2:28 PM in response to tdh824by Jay.Guadagni,Exactly, on previous versions my iPad wouldn't have a problem playing videos at 120fps never mind 60fps. No idea why Apple would restrict this now.
Never had to use these forums before as I've never had a problem but this is ridiculous. The iPads are more than capable

Aug 29, 2016 11:46 AM in response to Jay.Guadagniby drkennethl,I have been frustrated and nobody at Apple Technical Support is willing to help... I have raised this issue ever since I downloaded IOS 9 and now am UNABLE to view or edit videos I have taken with my 4k Camera . Before IOS 9 I had no problem.
I suggest NOBODY download IOS 9... if you are doing video editing..Not impressed with the lack of follow thru with this problem nor anybody at APPLE willing to address this issue and resolve the problem.
If anybody from APPLE corporate, technical support, or customer care is willing to contact me.. I would be grateful
I have an apple iPhone, MacBook Pro, and iPad ...... have been loyal to Apple.. however if this is any indication of their
inability to address this problem.. I will contact Apple Corporate in Cupertino ....
Please pass this on... This is a major FLAW in the software ....

Sep 24, 2015 6:33 AM in response to drkennethlby Jay.Guadagni,Updated to iOS 9.0.1. Still the same problem
No response from Apple, or reason for doing this.
If it was 4K we were all grumbling about them i'd understand a little more but its 60fps videos that wont play, its basic.

Sep 24, 2015 11:25 PM in response to Jay.Guadagniby Thomas-53,I confirm, it's not solved in iOS 9.01 The video plays if I scroll manually, but as soon as I hit the play button, the unsupported error message appears.
