Unable to connect to iTunes purchases.

It's weird, too, because if I sign in with a different username it works.

Since i updated to 12.3, i am having the same issue, I'm unable to access anything bought. Hopefully there is a fix soon.

I even reinstalled iTunes and when that didn't work, i reinstalled OS on Mac. and yet still same issue.

It actually now appears something has happened to my account as a result of this (don't ask me how). I signed in on another computer running iTunes 11.4, and now I get the same error there. I can download things on my phone (haven't tried accessing my purchases from the AppleTV yet), but it looks like any iTunes is off limits.

Again, if I log in as another user, I'm golden, but the account that was associated with the computer when I updated to the latest iTunes no longer accesses purchases in the cloud.

Same issue here... tried updating all computer software, didn't resolve anything. Tried logging out and logging back into my apple id and itunes lost all of my purchased content, will only display local content. I can log into the itunes store to browse but not do anything beyond that. What is going on?

Same problem here. (Netherlands) All my Macs are affected. This is definitely not a user issue. It seems to be a bug in this last update. Tried to rebuild my keychain did not have any effect.

I'm having the same issue I bought an apple tv yesterday at bestbuy and I noticed that it wouldn't load my purchased songs so I opened iTunes on my windows 10 labtop and that's when I found out that was causing my music not to load apple should try and fix this problem soon.

I'm running iTunes 12.2.2.25 on Mac OX Yosemite 10.10.3 and the same thing is happening, and some people are saying that it could be a server issue. I just want Apple to fix it as soon as they can...

Same thing here. Tried to update my iphone yesterday and got same messages. I have Yosemite 10.10.5. When I when into iTunes, File, Devices, Sync Purchases (from iphone to MacBook) it really got weird and was slowly transferring stuff I didn't purchase. 80 misc. things, transferring ungodly slowly. Then I checked my storage and it was starting to drain storage so I aborted.

Same issue here, started happening last night after updating my phones to iOS 9.0

"Unable to connect to iTunes purchases."

"A communication error has occurred. iTunes will try to connect again soon."

Still unresolved as of 0933 PST 9/18/15
