Safari cant open the page? Safari 8.0.8

I have been using google chrome for a while now but i dont like it because it has been draining my battery ever since. I wanna go back in using safari where i can have a longer battery time, but it says "Safari cant open the page" or if he can, it is not the proper look like it will all be in one side or sometimes there is no picture. Help please thank you!

Could be due to Safari extensions or third party plug-ins.

From the Safari menu bar click Safari > Preferences then select the Extensions tab. Turn that OFF, quit and relaunch Safari to test.

If that helped, turn one extension on then quit and relaunch Safari to test until you find the incompatible extension then click uninstall.

If it's not an extensions issue, try troubleshooting third party plug-ins.

Back to Safari > Preferences. This time select the Security tab. Deselect: Allow all other plug-ins. Quit and relaunch Safari to test.

If that made a difference, instructions for troubleshooting plugins here.
