Command Line Tools (OS X 10.10) for Xcode 7.0

A new suggestion to install "Command Line Tools (OS X 10.10) for Xcode 7.0" appeared in App Store. I clicked the button "UPDATE ALL". I have a list of 6 "Command Line Tools (OS X 10.10) for Xcode 7.0" "installled". But it suggests to install Command Line Tools (OS X 10.10) for Xcode 7.0 again.

What should I do? The speed of the downloading is slow.

I am sorry, but I didn't write (also, I did not say) that I didn't know what it was for. There is a new update, I click the button "UPDATE ALL". Everybody knows that if a new update is installed, it goes to the list below. It appeared in the list, and a new suggestion on installing the same thing appeared (see the picture). It looks weird. The question is how can I install a new update correctly?

I am having the same problem: MacBook Pro 13" Retina, 10.10.5.

I know what this is, I use the Xcode command line tools so I need this update.

Each time my update history adds a new, duplicate, entry. But AppStore still says I have the same update available. I've now done this about a dozen times. Tried the closing all apps and restarting several times as well. Same behavior.
