Please remove AppleSSD64 directory from $WinPEDriver$ from your USB installer and retry.
You can see the gory details of this problem at [urgent]get "appleSSD.sys" error when installing windows 7 through bootcamp .
DO I replace them with any other file or Just delete them and try to reboot again?
WWhere did you get the 5.1.5621 folder?
SO after I doth at should I boot up again?
My assumption was you are trying to install Windows. If you have an existing Windows installation which is failing, please download Paragon NTFS for Mac Trial version. Once you install it, it will give you read-write access from OS X to Windows. Delete the file on C: in the directory you see in the error message. Once it is deleted, uninstall Paragon software, and then reboot. and test Windows and test switching between OS X and Windows.
what do you mean

On my Mac, Bootcamp volume is named rMBPBCMP
$ pwd
/Volumes/rMBPBCMP
$ find . -name AppleMNT.sys -print
./Windows/System32/drivers/AppleMNT.sys
This is an example of finding the AppleMNT.sys driver. /Volumes/rMBPBCMP is the equivalent of C: on the Windows side.
