Can anyone share and image of a US and UK keyboard for the MacBook?

Those aren't images of the MacBook's keyboard.
Those are images of the Apple bluetooth keyboard.
US keyboard:
I can't find a decent top view image of the UK keyboard, but you should be able to search for it. Note the differences around the Enter key:
