How to get back the old version of Notes?

...this is real bad ...apple, I pressed the "wrong button" in a hurry on my iPhone for upgrade to new notes, and "killed" my very good syncronising notes tool. I use many different machines in my work, I keep them with OS X from different versions since technical software also has to be upgraded and verified if I upgrade, and I do not need to do that for the work to be done on the computers. It is a big job to upgrade 3rd party software (mostly licensed film effect tools)

Apple FIX THIS!!!

If you upgrade the notes with iOS9 there is no offical way to revert the notes back, you will have to wait until all your iOS devices are updated to iOS 9 and Mac OS 10.11 is available to sync the notes to all devices (I don`t know if new notes will be available for Windows or only via icloud.com).
