Nothing. Apple does not support downgrading. You could not downgrade from iOS 9, and certainly not all the way down to iOS 7.1.2. That has not been signed by Apple in a long time for devices that will accept the latest iOS.

In that case, Apple can't give you support and neither can we.

Same as me, they said that ios 9 is better for iphone 4s, but after updrade that is terrible. I hate ios 8 and ios 9 , and I m not enough money to buy iphone 5 or higher. I am buying android smartphone or blackberry for work, I need a stable operating system.

you didn't catch what I mean. I hate that every time for upgrade ( after 8.0 ) , my iphone 4s was so lag and slow. I want to downgrade but cant. So, I dont want an explain more, my english was bad
