iCloud backup hidden or phantom space

I have a recent problem with iCloud which has only become

apparent since upgrading to iOS 9.0

ICloud on the PC and iOS devices is constantly telling me I'm out of space,

which I believe I shouldn't be.

When I go into management I see the following, 3.45 GB of Backups:

User uploaded file

When I try to edit (delete some) this I can only see one backups of 1.2 GB:

User uploaded file

That leaves 2.25 GB which I can't see ?

I have an iPhone and iPad connected to this account.

I have tried turning off the backup on both devices.

I have tried manually deleting the backup noted but the 2.25 GB still won't recover

Any suggestions other than buy more space?
