I have been using iCloud drive and it is getting better; however, I save a lot of pdf's and can't see how i would save a pdf (say downloaded in Safari) directly ti iCloud drive on my iPad. I can see all my documents on the iPad, but I can't figure out how to save a non-iWork doc to the drive.

I have same issue. Open pdf in Safari, click "More" in upper left. Save to icloud.
