Why is Apple Wallet zoomed in on the screen??

Hi. I recently purchased an iPhone 6 with iOS 9 installed. When I open the Apple wallet app, the sides of the screen are cut off like it is zoomed in. I cannot find a setting to remedy. Please help!

I'm having the same issue on the iPhone 6s -- good to know it's not just me!

Same issue here... setup wallet after 9.0.1 on new 6S... Was working fine for a few days... haven't used to actually make a charge yet but opened many times to test... opened today to show someone, and sure enough zoomed problem... tried force quit app, tried hard reset on phone, no luck... yet if you dbl click the home button from a locked screen to pull up the wallet (turned on by deafult) it displays properly... yet after viewing that I thought it might reset it... nope I also hate the "no we havent heard of this problem" when you goto a apple store, and simply always suggest a restore... which 90% of the time never fixes the problem and waste your time, and you lose data

So I was also experiencing this issue, and after many MANY backups and resets, I believe I have found a workaround doing the following steps:

*Note* Create all the backups using iTunes, NOT iCloud. After you have verified that your iPhone 6/6s no longer has the bug, you can create a new iCloud backup.

1) Create a backup using your old iPhone 5/5s on iTunes, NOT on iCloud

2) Erase your iPhone 6/6s, and set up as a new iPhone

3) Create a NEW backup of this reformatted iPhone 6/6s in iTunes

4) Restore your iPhone 6/6s using your old iPhone 5/5s backup

*Note* This will copy all your old apps and settings over and will carry over the Apple Wallet bug

5) Lastly, do a restore from iTunes with the new iPhone 6/6s backup you also created from iTunes

*Note* this should transfer over the CORRECT Apple Wallet Settings without the bug while keeping your old applications.

If some people could test this and let me know if it works. Feel free to task me any questions. The only drawbacks I have fund are that it will not carry over any text messages, contact favorites, or app folders, BUT it's the only method I have found so far that neutralizes the Apple Wallet bug for those upgrading to an iPhone 6/6s from an iPhone 5/5s until Apple pushes out a new update.

Just spoke with Apple Support -- there is a software fix that was done yesterday and should be in the next release.

In the meantime, you will need to go to Settings -> Display & Brightness, and change the View from Standard to Zoomed... Once in the Zoomed mode, the Apple Wallet will appear normal. Annoying, yes, but at least it lets you confirm any CC's you set up and delete any boarding passes that may have expired.

Alternatively, you can confirm your Credit Card under Settings -> Wallet & Apple Pay.

Hope this helps.

I also have the same issue with my brand new iPhone 6s. The only way to see the whole card in Wallet is to switch to Zoomed View, which is not what I want, or what should need to be done. This is clearly a bug, and I have reported the issue using the link below—others should as well. It is worth noting, that the cards do display properly on the Home Screen with the double-press setting enabled.

EDIT: Looks like my Apple Weather App is also affected! The right side is cut off.

Can confirm that merely switching from Zoomed to Standard did not resolve the bug. Still present in 9.0.2. All iPhone models are affected. However it appears it is only related to restoring back ups to new hardware. My 5S on 9.0.2 was fine. I then performed an iTunes restore with backup data to a 6. It would be helpful if the 'double-click for Wallet' on the lock screen included Delete capabilities. It makes sense to not allow for deletion of cards when accessed via this method (kids making mistakes, friend's being jerks, etc.) but how about offering 'edit' capabilities when accessed via 'double-click' with TouchID authentication?
