Screen stays dark when alarm goes off in the morning

Well as an FYI, my screen lit up this morning. All by itself. Very random.

Sadly, bug reports can only be submitted by developers.

Exceptionally irritating bug

I'm on a iPhone 5.

EVery morning when my phone alsrm goes I have to reboot my phone to turn off the alarm and use my phone.

ITs not EVERY time but is nearly every time.

if it's any help, I've found that pressing the volume controls (either button) activates the snooze and thereafter the screen illuminates.

Only a full reboot works on my iPhone 5

Definitely fixed in 9.2 (at least on my iPhone 6s)

Already using one of Apple's default tones, so that's not my issue unfortunately.

Well, ideally, I would rather Apple come up with a better solution as well.

But until then, I'm stuck using this workaround.
