English language option removed from Thai Apple Store
As the title sugges it is now impossible to order products online in Thailand unless you are able to read Thai.

I guess you have checked the little flag, bottom right of the screen. If not, click on it and change it to the Union Jack.
If that doesn't work send your complaint to Feedback.
Yes this used to be the case up until earlier thIs year. Unfortunately there are probably thousands of expats living in Thailand that require English language to be able to order online. You cannot order from another countries store & have it delivered to Thailand.
I have lived in Thailand for 15 years & always purchased from the Thai Apple Store (since the past few years) using the English language option that has been recently removed. In Thailand there are no official Apple stores, only resellers. It's much more preferable to order online. I can read Thai & just about make an order but obviously many foreigners in Thailand do not.
I will report this to feedback.
Be aware, you will be very unlikely to get a direct reply or even an acknowledgement ... but we are assured that Apple reads every comment.
This is NOT solved!
hope so! Why does it put 'solved' when it clearly isn't, and how do remove it?!
take care
If you are using the online store a work around would be to download the Bing browser app. Once downloaded a option in the share icon (box with arrow) will be "Translate page."
Only the person who first asks the question has the ability to mark any replies as either Solved or Helpful. The question appears under the point where a reply shows 'Did you find this Helpful?' or 'Did this solve your problem?'.
You, then have to click the green or yellow star on the post that helps or solves your problem. It's easily done Damien.
thanks for the tip Bob.
You're welcome. Fellow Forum contributor Tom Gewecke deserves the credit for finding it. I'm just spreading the word.
Howdy Damien
At the bottom-left of every page on every country's website is a telephone number to "buy by phone" - been so for time immemorial.
THAI "Macbook - Buy Now"
วิธีเลือกซื้อสินค้าแบบอื่นๆ: โทร 001-800-65-6957 หรือ ค้นหาตัวแทนจำหน่าย
Other ways to shop: Call 001-800-65-6957 or dealer.
*this sure looks like a US 800 number ( country code = '001' )
If this is important enough to you (which it seems it might be), actually talking to an Apple employee might be in order
I am sure that Apple will not want to leave any English speaking ex-pats' money on the table... not serving the best interests of their shareholders.
