English language option removed from Thai Apple Store

As the title sugges it is now impossible to order products online in Thailand unless you are able to read Thai.

Yes this used to be the case up until earlier thIs year. Unfortunately there are probably thousands of expats living in Thailand that require English language to be able to order online. You cannot order from another countries store & have it delivered to Thailand.

I have lived in Thailand for 15 years & always purchased from the Thai Apple Store (since the past few years) using the English language option that has been recently removed. In Thailand there are no official Apple stores, only resellers. It's much more preferable to order online. I can read Thai & just about make an order but obviously many foreigners in Thailand do not.

I will report this to feedback.

At the bottom-left of every page on every country's website is a telephone number to "buy by phone" - been so for time immemorial.

THAI "Macbook - Buy Now"

วิธีเลือกซื้อสินค้าแบบอื่นๆ: โทร 001-800-65-6957 หรือ ค้นหาตัวแทนจำหน่าย

Other ways to shop: Call 001-800-65-6957 or dealer.

*this sure looks like a US 800 number ( country code = '001' )

If this is important enough to you (which it seems it might be), actually talking to an Apple employee might be in order

  1. 001-800-65-6957
  2. click the graphics on YOUR pages in this order
    1. User uploaded file
    2. User uploaded file
    3. BLUE BUTTON >User uploaded file
    4. User uploaded file< CLICK English
    5. User uploaded file*pick ANY product That YOU OWN **
    6. User uploaded file
    7. User uploaded file enter ANYTHING at all > [Continue] button
    8. User uploaded fileChoose either CALL Option
    9. User uploaded file** Enter YOUR Product's serial #

I am sure that Apple will not want to leave any English speaking ex-pats' money on the table... not serving the best interests of their shareholders.
