In iOS 8, I would get a badge app icon when a reminder became due. Now that I have updated my iPhone 6 to iOS 9 and 9.01, those badges do not work. My settings are correct for the reminders app in notification settings.

I had the same problem when I updated today, but suddenly it fixed itself. Weird.
Hmm, and yesterday it went back to not working for me.
I'm having the same problem. No badge icon, no sound. Doesn't work for location or time settings. I'm using iOS 9.1
I Rebooted it a couple of times, then all of a sudden days later it is working.
