iOS 9.0.1 "date & time", "set automatically" is completely broken.

After updating my iPhone 6 and iPad Air 2 (cellular) to iOS 9.0, the "set automatically" feature of "date & time" is completely broken. They will no longer synch to the cell network's time. My iPhone's system clock is now over 17 seconds fast. I had hoped that 9.0.1 would fix this, but it did not. Anyone have any fixes? I have resorted to the manual time setting technique.
