Instead of 'Trust This Computer' phone now says 'Allow this device to access photos and videos' and will not sync with iTunes. Please help.

Okay, I got it fixed thanks to Apple Support.

You need to to go your uninstall program and uninstall these items.

Itunes

Bonjour

Apple application support 32 bit

Apple application support 64 bit

Apple mobile device support

After these have been uninstalled, go to itunes.apple.com and re download Itunes.

After it was done downloading and installed, I was able to connect back to Itunes and sync my devices.

I had this same problem. To fix it do the following:

1. Disconnect your phone from your computer.
2. Go to the device manager in your computers control panel
3. Uninstall your iPhone. It should be listed under portable devices. Just right click, then select uninstall.
4. Re-connect your phone to your computer and the 'Trust this Computer' message should reappear.

Yay!!! Problem solved 🙂

I'm having this problem too and the device manager method did not work.

Was able to sync everything last week; now unable to sync my iphone, ipad, and husband's iphone. All the drivers appear to be working correctly, and did the same fixes as ktwhoopi; nothing works. Unable to sync either with cable or wi-fi.

What version of iTunes is running on the computer?

The current version, 12.3. Iphone and ipad are running on 9.0.2, husband;s phone is using 9.0.1

12.3.0.44

my Ipad mini and Iphone 6 are both running 9.0.2 Neither are recognized by Itunes.

I'm using a Dell Inspiron with Windows 10. I had to repeat the fix described for each of my Apple devices.
