"Safari cannot open the page because..." when opening Google since 9.0.1

I updated iPad to 9.0.1 last night and now I can't open Google in Safari. Every time I get:

"Safari cannot open the page because it could not establish a secure connection to the server"

I've cleared the website data cache and reset iPad. This is killing me as I never use Google app, I just stay within Safari.

I also can't access www.google.com from Chrome app on iPad. But the Google App does work. And I can access www.google.com from my laptop on the same wifi network.
