How do you add a profile picture to Game Center?

I have an iPad Air 2 and I was wondering how to put a profile picture on my Game Center account. I have gone to the Game Center App and clicked on "Me" and have explored all the possible things to do on that page. There is no status bar or profile picture above the colored circle. I have gone to settings and checked everything there is to check out there. Does anyone else have this and do you know how to add a profile picture?

iPad Air, iOS 9, I have an iPad Air 2.

I opened the game center app. And under the 'me' tab I see the 5 colored bubbles,and above that the points, the name for the account and an empty bubble with the option to ' add photo'

I tapped on that and followed the on screen prompts and added a photo from my camera roll.

Did you have the status bar befoe the update ? I noticed a lot of people are having trouble with game center since the update but I don't know if the problem is related.

Using my screenshot as a guide tap the place on the screen where add photo should be. Another IOS 9 problem is disappearing icons in Podcasts,

If nothing happens after you tap the screen we start simple with a reset. Press and hold both the home and power buttons until the Apple logo appears. Release both buttons. Wait until your iPaad starts on it's own.

I Did not have the status bar before the update. I tried tapping where it should be but it didn't work. I will try again though, just in case. just a note, I have updated my software to 9.0.1. I will try resetting it . Thanks!

You're welcome. This is very odd not having it before the update. Can you take a look at a friends iPad to see if they have it ? That way we can rule out if it's a regional thing and the problem is with your iPad.

No. I don't have that page. There is no status bar or profile picture option above my bubbles, which is unusual because everyone says there is supposed to be.
