When my iPhone 6s + is plugged into my iTunes and I try to access the 'Apps' screen under the iPhone (screenshot below), the iPhone home screen with the ability to re arrange app icons does not load and all I see if the loading circle.
I've tried rebooting the phone and my Mac and so far nothing seems to help.
iPhone is running iOS 9.0.1
iTunes: 12.3

OK I confirmed that the default wallpaper (I setup my phone as a brand new phone, not restored from my old backup) is still not working. However, I switched to the desert one (very top right under "Stills"), iTunes is able to show the home screen! However, I have not tried any other wallpaper.
I have found that it is only the default blue coloured wallpaper that has been causing the error, change to any other wallpaper and all is well

I also found that once I used a "still' wallpaper from my camera roll and synchronized with ITunes and saw all the phone screens in there with the same background as the phone I could switch back to a dynamic wallpaper on the phone without causing a problem with the phone screen view in ITunes. The ITunes view uses the last "still" background image, and the phone uses the "dynamic" background image, but I can still move apps around through ITunes.

The solutions proposed above all seem to work. Thank you all for chiming in. I sure hope a software update (either to iTunes or iOS) will be issued to remedy this issue.
