iTunes 'Apps' screen not loading when iPhone plugged in

I'm having this same problem with an iPhone 6s Plus and an iPhone 6 Plus (both running 9.0.1) on both OSX 10.10.5 and Windows 10. iTunes shows the apps properly for my iPad 4.

I went to the Genius Bar Saturday the 26th and they could not get it to work. They were going to give me a new phone, and hooked up a brand new replacement 6s Plus and iTunes didn't show the apps on it either. So I ended up keeping my current 6s Plus. Hopefully, there will be an update to iTunes that fixes this problem.

I am facing the same problem with my 6s plus

I have the same issue with my new Apple iPhone 6s Plus connecting into iTunes 12.3.0.44 on Windows 7.

I get the list of apps in my iTunes which I can install on my phone (with their size and a Install button next to each one) but I get a spinning wheel and a blank screen to the right where the iPhone home screens are meant to be displayed. I've logged a call with Apple.

Tested the same iTunes install with an iPhone 4s running 9.0 and it is showing the Home Screen fine so it's definitely the 6s Plus.

Same here on my 6 plus, but I do get the list of the apps, with the "install" and "remove" choices, but not the screens to rearrange the apps.

Upgrade to 9.0.2, same issue, maybe a new release of itunes is required?

IM having the exact same issue with my 6s+. My ipod touch and iPad air running iOS 9.0.1, as well as my iPhone 5 running 8.4.1 have no issue showing the screen. But my 6s+ just won't show anything. Just a gray spinning circle.

It was still fine when i'd downgraded from 9 to 8.4.1. This happened after the upgrade from 8.4.1 to 9.0.2.

God, shouldnt have upgraded.

Okay, took awhile of searching, but glad I found this thread. Exact same problem here as well. Just get a spinning circle. Hopefully Apple already knows about this as it is rather obvious there is a problem.

I have the same issue with my iPhone 6s Plus with 9.0.2. Tried quitting Settings, rebooting, 3 different iTunes installation on different computers... nothing works. Was thinking of restoring. Thankfully it's not major, but it sure is an annoyance. Going to open up a case with Apple Support.

Edit: I just chatted with Apple Support, got a senior advisor, submitted all my logs, etc., and they're submitting it to Engineering to look at.

Thanks James for taking the initiative here. Don't let them off the hook thinking it is only affecting a few people. It seems to be affecting everyone as I tried it with 3 different computers and Iphone 6S Plus's just at my house and none of them worked. 2 different laptops (one running Windows 8.1, and one running Windows 10), and a Desktop PC running Windows 10.
