How to print only certain slides

I have a set of slides that I shown in class. Then, for the PDF file that I make available to the students, I would like to include only certain slides.

Possible solution:

I could manually select the slides that I want in the PDF file for the students. However, I would have to do this every year - and I have many slides.

Better:

In PowerPoint, I wrote a Macro that excludes slides that are based on a certain master slide when creating a PDF file. It would be great if Keynote had a feature that would allow this or a similar functionality.

One simple way would be to have, in addition to "Skipped slides" (which are not shown during a slide presentation), "Not printed slides". The user could tag each slide in this way and then it would not be included when printing or when exporting to a PDF.

I think this would be a useful feature for many users. For me, it is THE missing feature that prevents me from switching from PowerPoint to Keynote.

If anyone has a suggestion to solve this problem in a way that I have not thought of, I would appreciate a reply.

PS: As an additional feature, it would be nice if I could have a third tag (besides skipped and not printed slides): slides that are not shown in class but printed. Theoretically, I could use skipped slides for this. However, I use this "tag" for slides that are private and that I neither want to show in class nor include in a PDF for my students.
