iPhoto update is temporarily unavailable

the update on this has been temporarily unavailable for 5 days now, how can i update this?

Most everything is back, keep trying.

Unless there's another "Purchase" list, that is hidden somewhere in the application that I am not seeing, I don't see how I am not following the instructions correctly. I am following the instructions that you had listed, but unfortunately I am still getting an error message. Thank you for your help. I will try and Google for a better solution.

Looks like there was an unfinished download of a previous upgrade that never finished or resumed. Found that by searching the Menu bar and found "Check for Unfinished Downloads". For whatever reason, I wasn't able to delete the iPhoto app when I tried to drag it to the trashcan. I had to right-click and Move to Trash. After a few restarts, I was able to download the current update.
