there have been a few recent updates to the emoji. We know have various skin tones on many of the people emojis. I have a request to make the family emoji with various skin tones. who do I contact to get this request completed.

No. I will not do it. Apple will not do it. Only the Unicode Consortium can create emojis.
This is a user-to-user forum, not a way to communicate with Apple.
