Mac Pro keeps logging out since El Capitan

Upgraded my Mac Pro to El Capitan, all went well. I logged in, then logged into iCloud and that also went well. But then it crashed with a kernel panic, restarted OK.

It now is running OK but after a few minutes it will log me off and back to the password prompt. Very frustrating and not able to work with it in such very short windows of time.

Anybody else seeing this?

Paul.

Yes you have the exact same issue Paul that I have. About a couple months ago I see the update for El captain and I don't download it initially because I'm worried of compatibility with my recording studio VST and our Tas plug-in compatibility but the notifications made it seem safe so I downloaded it and immediately my screen starts flashing black and red and can't believe. I have done enough to keep the CPU from overloading to where I can actually turn on but it will stay on for maybe 10 minutes or so depending on your CPU usage if you overload it's an immediately log out. I have called Apple support and they say they have no knowledge of this keep in mind I have a 2009 Mac Pro with quad-core Intel Xeon 2x2. 6 6 GHz with a Nvidia G-Force GT 120. I have tried to get them to do something butt they tell me I have to take it to a repair place and fix it myself even though this happened immediately and because of the download now I can't successfully continue my recording studio until I have something rectified you better come from Apple because I had a perfectly good computer before this update

Sadly this did not work for me. I am using a later 2013 Mac Book Pro and Sierra latest as of Nov 24 2016. I am using a second monitor via a thunderbolt cable and a third screen via Air Display Host system on a second - older MBP running El Capitain connected via Ethernet.

It works wonderfully well except for the logout when I swipe between screens - sometimes. I have not managed to find a reproducible set of conditions as yet, but disabling 'Displays have separate spaces' in System Preferences: Mission Control did NOT work for me.
