Missing folders

After setting up a new iPhone 6S with iOS 9.0.2 (two days ago) most (14 out of 23) folders are still missing from my iCloud Drive. Any explanations or suggestions relating to this problem would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Same here, 5 of 20 Folders are not showing. Some hints for a workaround: Folders must contain items, folder have to be opened first in the associated App, deactivate the iCloud Drive in Settings, drink a cup of tea, active it again, let the iCloud Drive App run in foreground and boil another pot of tea :-)

That brings some of the missing folders back to me.

Why does Apple not integrate an manual update option?
