Take a look at this Apple Support article:

https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204051

Reset your network settings.

Settings - General - Reset - Reset Network Settings

Reset your device. This won't delete your data stored on the phone.

  • Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button
  • Press and hold on the Home button
  • Keep holding both buttons until the display turns off and back on with Apple logo on it.

Alternatively, you may go to Settings - General - Reset - Reset All Settings

I am experiencing something similar. I am operating a iPhone 6 on iOS 9.0.2. While at home I have no issues connecting to my network at home and establishing a internet connection. However at my work, I can no longer connect to the wifi network. When I attempt to connect to it, it just hangs there a circles as if it is attempting to connect. I have tried multiple options, from resetting my rounter/network at work, resetting my network connections on the phone, resetting the iPhone completely to factory settings. I have verified through other devices that the password to the network is correct and that you can connect to the network via wifi. I would appreciate some assistance in understanding what is happening, and a way to fix this or a time frame as to when it will be fixed, if is the case.
