How can i chnage my username/email name for my icloud? I have it as something stupid from when i was in middle school and now im an adult and thats embarrassing!

Manage your Apple ID > Log in > Apple ID and Primary Email Address > Edit
Let's you log into your account and change your Apple ID as long as the email you are trying to use isn't already an Apple ID.
You can change the name here as well. Once you do this you will have to log into the new Apple ID on all your devices since the email address you are currently using won't work.
