iMessage inActive after installing El Capitan

I did a clean installation of El Capitan. And I've tried whatever I could from resetting the PRAM to deleting the messages files but it continues to show "inactive" though iMessage works fine in my iPhone and iPad.

This is what is shown in the console. Anyone know how to get it fixed?

I tried the 9th step and it didn't work. I have tried every possible thing there is but nothing seems to work. Also, had a chat with one of the guys at Apple but they asked me to reach the local UAE Apple office on Sunday. Also, since I could login to iMessage with a different Apple ID, looks like it is something to do with my Apple ID definitely. Will have a word with them and update accordingly.

I've tried all this and more. Reinstalled El Capitan today. Still can't login to Messages. Working on iPhone and iPad as well. I'm also getting a message that my computer can't connect to iCloud. When I go to the iCloud preferences (as directed) sometimes I'm asked to reenter my password, sometimes everything is just fine. Just can't login to Messages. FaceTime is acting like it is logged in, but I am unable to make calls from it as well. You're not alone.

I got mine fixed! I hope this helps:

1. Reset your computer's NVRAM

2. Boot your computer in Safe Mode

3. Log into FaceTime and Messages (see below for additional details)

4. Reboot into Normal Mode

While in Safe Mode, I logged out of FaceTime (which I was able to log into before, but unable to make calls), and logged in again.

Also, while in Safe Mode, on my phone in the Settings > Messages > Text Message Forwarding I was able to turn back on my computer, and my computer successfully received the verification code.

Everything appears to be back to normal.

Hello guys,

-Praise be to God- My problem has just solved, but unfortunately I don't know how ??!

I just opened my iMessage app today on my MacBook Pro and the following message appeared:

I entered the code on my iPhone, signed out from preferences, quit iMessage and reopened again, signed in again and my Apple ID is now working well with iMessage on my MacBook !!

The only thing I did is that I changed my primary address of my Apple ID to a US address !

I'm not sure if this change has any relation to solve my problem !!

Thanks for your support ..
