My iPhone 6s Problems and Bugs

Hi everybody, I have the new iPhone 6s since launch day and I've had incredible amount of problems with this iPhone. I'll try to list each one of them and you guys could list yours too so if anybody has solutions, please post too.

My iPhone was restored from iTunes backup.

1. On the first day after the restore, 60% of the apps are stuck at waiting. Yes, i tried rebooting but that only makes the apps gray with their names but obviously no different than waiting. Clicking on them changes to waiting, but not downloading either.

MY SOLUTION: I had to go to the App Store, looked for each of the hundreds of apps and click on the cloud button to download.

2. iPhone frequently (at least once every two days) hangs and freezes on pulling up keyboard or lock screen. This seems to have been worse with the iOS 9.0.1 update.

MY SOLUTION: Reboot iPhone. I reboot mine at least twice a day.

3. Sometimes but rarely, Touch ID doesn't work. Putting my fingers on the home button doesn't seem to do anything.

MY SOLUTION: Reboot iPhone.

4. 3D Touch-activated keyboard trackpad does not work consistently.

MY SOLUTION: No idea. Probably something wrong with the algorithm to detect 3D touch or key press (which doesn't make sense).

5. Panoramic picture did not save. It happened to me one time I was taking a pano picture of a beach but after completely moving the iPhone, the panorama picture just hangs there on the frame. Restarting the Camera or Photos app didn't seem to help.

MY SOLUTION: Reboot iPhone (duh!)

6. Mysterious disappearance of audio in live photos. This happened to three of my first live photos. The sound just goes away no where to be found (mute button was off, volume was max).

MY SOLUTION: Asks myself, "Is there one?"

7. After restoring, iCloud Photo Library was also included. Yet, it didn't recognize that it was on iCloud (my setting is download and store on iPhone) so it started uploading again.

MY SOLUTION: Go to the Apple Store for a faster Internet connection.

8. This seems to be a very common issue with the (beta? oops) iCloud Photo Library but uploading frequently got stuck.

MY SOLUTION: You guess.

9. Since the update of iOS 9.0.2, new photos are uploaded (I confirm through other devices) but under the photos it just says "Uploading 2 Photos" and it's been over 24 hours. Randomly today I saw it saying "Preparing xxxx items" and then back to "Uploading 2 Photos".

MY SOLUTION: Freaking write and post this to the Apple Discussion in hope an expert would take a look at it.

Now, I know most of you guys would tell me to restore my iPhone. Please, it was a pain to restore at the first time and I sure as h won't do it ever again. Even if Apple was to give me a new replacement 6s, I wouldn't accept. I only wish Apple would address all my problems as quickly as possible in the next iOS update without bringing in new ones. Heck, if you couldn't rely on backups (like the case for most people), don't even provide an option to backup and restore in the first place.

Hey Apple, I kinda regretted buying my iPhone in full price instead of the Upgrade Program but after a week experience with the 6s, I'm not 100% sure I would sacrifice my data for a new phone next year.
